Lady Hart of Chilton

Tony Foster

Having retired in 2012 after career in the Civil Service, he moved to Chilton in 2015 and first became involved with Chilton Parish Council when he joined as a Co-optee about five years ago as he wanted to give a little of his time to the Parish. In due course becoming a permanent member and then in 2020 the vice chairman.

It is an interesting period to be part of the Parish Council with the vast increase in the number of people taking up residence here as a result of the developing Chilton Woods project. We can try to help newcomers assimilate into the area and to develop a community.
